DISTRIBUTION: GENERAL

SUBJECT: Land Titles Office Statutory Fees – Fees to apply from 1 July 2012

In accordance with the requirements of the Fee Units Act 1997 the new fee values that will apply from 1 July 2012 were gazetted on Wednesday 28 March 2012.

The fees payable on and from 1 July 2012 are contained in the table attached.
