Forms and Fees

All approved forms are available in hard copy from the Land Titles Office. A limited number of forms are available to download or complete online. Dealings lodged with the Land Titles Office must be accompanied by the appropriate fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - TASMANIAN BUSHFIRE RECOVERY 2013

If you have been personally affected by recent bushfire events in Tasmania, please note that mandatory Land Titles Office fees associated with dealings (such as an application to replace a Certificate of Title destroyed in the fires) will be reimbursed on application to this Office. Searches of the Register and/or copies of folio text, folio plan, schedule of easements and/or survey notes can be obtained by contacting the Land Titles Office:

	Approved Forms All approved forms are available in hard copy from the Land Titles Office. A limited number of forms are available in electronic format.

	Cadastral Search Request Form A cadastral search provides survey plans and field notes within and adjoining one specified proposed survey.

	Request for Additional Information (RAP) Form For Tasmanian registered surveyors to obtain copies of survey plans to supplement a previously conducted online cadastral search.

	Land Titles Office Fees from 1 July 2012 LTO statutory fees effective from 1 July 2012.
