Waterfowl Identification Test Application Form

Persons who wish to obtain a licence to shoot wild duck must first attend a training course and pass a Waterfowl Identification Test. Successful applicants are issued with a Certificate of Proficiency.

Fee: $60

Duration: It is necessary for applicants to pass the test once only (just like a driver's licence) and all that is required for the first year when hunters apply for their duck licence, is for them to show their Certificate of Proficiency to the licence issuing authority. Once the certificate has been obtained and the number has been recorded by DPIPWE, it will not be necessary to show the certificate for future occasions.
